How to measure (2 min)

1. Remove extra layers: no bra or a thin, unpadded one.
2. Place the tape under the bust, straight and horizontal.
3. Keep it snug (not too tight).
4. Breathe normally, exhale gently, then read the measurement.
5. Repeat once and take the average.

Tips & common mistakes

• Do not move the tape higher on the ribs.
• Avoid measuring over thick clothing.
